Laura Overton

On top of the many years she spent researching L&D innovation and authoring insightful reports and articles, Laura Overton was the first female recipient of the Learning and Performance Institute's Colin Corder Award as well as the Learning Technology Award for outstanding performance. Laura strongly believes in the power of leaders to unlock employee performance and overcome changes and challenges. Jane Hart
